Challenge

In 2018, companies across the United States invested more than $87.6 billion in the development and training of their employees. However only 1 in 4 employees feel that their company's training programs actually improved their performance. (Source: McKinsey Global Survey 2021)

Point of View

We believe that impactful, modern learning experiences should be highly inspiring, highly focused and highly connected to the work. Rather than asking leaders to stop work in order to learn, learning experiences should be integrated into the flow of work. In the new world of work, these are opportunities for introspection, inspiration, and driving action.

Approach

We design learning programs through co-creation with the leaders who will experience them and with the future in mind. By understanding both what the business needs to achieve in the future and the headwinds and expectations its leaders are facing, we can define and create a future-proofed learning experience that prepares leaders for new challenges and problems.
