Traditional leadership competency models are notorious for providing too much and delivering too little. Large consultancies spend months diagnosing the organization and testing numerous academic models to no avail.
We believe that the best leadership models are created not by analyzing where our leaders are today, but by defining where we want to be as a business in the future and how we need our leaders and team members to work in order to achieve those goals.
We create powerful and effective leadership models by first immersing deeply in the business vision, strategy, and objectives. We then work backwards to understand the behaviors, mindsets, and ways of working that achieving those goals will demand of leaders and which of those are currently barriers or enablers in the organization. We bring all of that together in one simple set of easy-to-remember and easy-to-activate leadership behaviors.
