What We Did

At Mighty Cultures, we believe culture is the ultimate accelerator of a business’s vision. To turn the new CEO's strategy into a movement, we built new Culture and Leadership Platforms that defined the "how" behind the "what," setting evolved expectations for every leader in the organization.

The platforms debuted on the CEO’s first day during a global Town Hall broadcast directly from one of their sites and in the presence of hundreds of front-line employees. This signaled a shift in accessibility and action from day one. During the CEO's first week, we orchestrated a high-impact tour that placed their Executive Team in "connection moments" with employees, partners, and customers, physically modeling the new cultural attributes.

To ensure the shift turned into a movement, we designed bespoke experiences for every level of the organization—from the Top 200 to regional managers across the globe - anchoring the new behaviors and setting the cultural conditions for sustained leadership alignment.”
