This signaled a shift in accessibility and action from day one. During the CEO's first week, we orchestrated a high-impact tour that placed their Executive Team in "connection moments" with employees, partners, and customers, physically modeling the new cultural attributes.
To ensure the shift turned into a movement, we designed bespoke experiences for every level of the organization—from the Top 200 to regional managers across the globe - anchoring the new behaviors and setting the cultural conditions for sustained leadership alignment.”
